Cant you tell that ones like Haines and Sotloff are shot on a stage using either green screen or rear projection techniques (ala Kubrik)?
Cant you tell that body is a prop, look at the head stump with relatively minimal blood considering that shit would have been sprayed ALL OVER the place in the time it took to slice/saw through all that flesh and bone with that knife.
