I’m not sure how much longer Thompson can keep up this level of play. If he regresses a bit, this over is a strong bet. Lean Panthers on the puckline in their game. GL

I’m not giving up on Nashville despite that devastating loss they and I suffered over the weekend. I think they can absolutely win this game and start to ramp up the pressure on Vancouver. Nothing in the other games yet. I lean Boston, Toronto seems done. I would never bet Carolina at these numbers. I need the Islanders to win tonight to hit my future anyway. GL

If Boston pulls this out, I will win this bet and my series bet. Big game here. GL

That was painful to watch. I have no concerns about Swayman in game 7. He has been good even in the two games they lost with him in net. He has given up eight goals in five games. It’s all about the team around him. If the Bruins score the first goal on Saturday night, they will win. It will be a huge weight off their shoulders and I think Swayman will protect the lead. Also, let’s not pretend that Toronto is a successful postseason team. They have lost five consecutive game sevens. I’m also curious what will happen if Woll faces adversity. This is all new to him and Toronto has not trailed since he took over in net. Game seven should be a lot of fun, just like when these teams have played in the past.

I like Boston tonight. I already have them in the series and I’m not going to double up. You might be able to wait and get 5 for the total in this game. GL

Stars/Avalanche 1P under 1.5 (+105), 1*

I understand why the Hurricanes are favorites, but I still am happy to bet the Rangers right around even money. They are the better team in my opinion. I think the Colorado game could start similarly to the Bruins/Panthers game last night. Last night’s game was 0-0 until midway through the second period. Once someone scored, the floodgates opened, but that took a while. We have the same setup tonight where one team has been resting while the other is playing 48 hours after a game 7 win. At plus money, I think this is worth a bet. GL

I think Florida is more likely to win tonight, but I’m not stepping in front of Swayman. Especially not at -165. GL
